Our agency-side analysis
The assessment, estimating examples and questions below are NoticeSift’s editorial judgment. They are not additional requirements, a buyer clarification or a prediction of your chance of winning.
Show how a visitor moves from awareness to action
A destination campaign that generated impressions or app downloads is useful evidence for reach, but it does not prove that visitors changed what they did. Choose a case that shows the barrier you identified, the action you wanted people to take and how the campaign made that action easier. If you only measured clicks, say so.
As a bid exercise, sketch one journey for someone arriving by bus and another for a local resident considering a conservation activity. For each, name the point where people might drop out, the prompt or information that could help, and how you would check whether it worked. These examples are proposed approaches, not buyer requirements.
Price bilingual delivery and partner coordination
Plan for Welsh and English messaging from the first concept review. Name who writes, edits and signs off each language, including short-form assets and on-site prompts. Explain how you would coordinate updates when local partners change an activity or reward.
Use separate estimating lines for bilingual creative, production, media, partner coordination and measurement. The public estimate alone does not tell you which of these costs are paid from the same budget or who owns app changes. Clarify those boundaries before committing to fixed-price delivery.
Choose measures that can tell you what to improve
Separate reach and sign-ups from evidence of completed actions and repeat participation. Agree with the buyer and delivery partners which figures are already available, whether action completion can be measured consistently across sites, and who can access aggregate results.
If a baseline is missing, propose an early measurement period and report what remains uncertain. A rise in redemptions can be informative, but it cannot on its own establish that the campaign caused more people to travel sustainably or volunteer.
Questions to resolve before bidding
- Is paid media included in the £35,000 estimate, and is any spend committed separately by the buyer?
- Who owns app changes, on-site materials, partner onboarding and Welsh-language sign-off?
- Which aggregate participation data will be available by location, activity and language?
NoticeSift’s first assessment
Worth a closer look for a team with bilingual campaign delivery and a case that shows how people moved from awareness to action. Confirm app, partner and measurement responsibilities before pricing.
