Early research pilot

A tender shortlist you can actually assess.

NoticeSift helps small creative and digital agencies spend less time searching and more time deciding. The pilot shares selected opportunities with an explanation of the fit and a route back to the official source.

1. Start with your real delivery model

Tell us your main services and agency website when requesting a pilot place. Relevant case studies help us assess whether a brief matches what you have actually delivered. An agency’s broad positioning is not enough to establish that it can cover every essential part of a procurement. Where a partner is involved, we look for an evidenced delivery arrangement rather than assuming that a missing capability is available.

2. Check the buyer’s current information

Before sharing an opportunity, we check the official notice, open status, submission deadline, region, published value and VAT basis, and the mandatory work. When dates conflict, the submission portal needs to clarify the position. If an official source is unavailable or the status remains unclear, we hold the opportunity rather than present it as verified. A preliminary engagement notice is not treated as an open competition unless the response route supports the proposed action.

3. Send a concise reason to look closer

A useful match names the buyer, describes the required work, links to the official source and states the published budget and deadline where available. It also explains why the brief appears relevant to your agency’s experience. The aim is to help you make a bid/no-bid decision. We do not submit bids, certify your eligibility or guarantee contract awards.

4. Keep the pilot focused and free

There is no payment or subscription during the pilot. Relevant opportunities are shared as they are found; we do not manufacture a daily match to fill an email. You can ask to adjust the focus or stop further emails. A request for a pilot place is reviewed before participation is confirmed. Questions can go to hello@noticesift.com.

Official sources we check

NoticeSift researches the portals below and follows notices to the buyer’s stated submission system. Coverage and notice types vary, so a single search is not a complete picture. NoticeSift is an independent research pilot, not an official procurement portal or an endorsement by the organisations listed.

What you should still verify before bidding

Read the buyer’s full document pack and any later amendments. Check your eligibility, references, delivery capacity, pricing and contractual obligations. A deadline or requirement may change after a shortlist is sent. Use the official clarification process for procurement questions and submit through the buyer’s designated portal.

Source dates, editorial analysis and corrections

Our published bid analyses separate facts in the buyer’s notice from NoticeSift’s interpretation and estimating examples. A source-check date records the check we performed; it is not refreshed just because we edit or deploy the website. Unresolved material conflicts remain visible. Historical analyses stay available after published dates pass, with their status changed.

Found a mistake or a later amendment? Email hello@noticesift.com with the article URL, official source and the specific correction. We can then review the evidence and update the affected information.

How your pilot request is handled

The form collects your work email, optional agency website and selected main service. These details are stored in the site’s database to review your request and contact you about the free pilot. A server-side email notification can relay the same details through FormSubmit to the pilot inbox. The form does not collect payment details.

Request protection uses an hourly hash derived from the connection IP to limit repeated submissions. The public bid checklist keeps your answers and notes in page memory; it does not send them with a pilot request. A downloaded review stays on your device.

For questions about a request, to ask for its correction or deletion, or to stop pilot emails, contact hello@noticesift.com. A pilot request does not start a paid subscription.
